We're so excited to announce that SafeBase customers on paid plans can now use webhooks to create their own helpful automations with their Trust Centers.

For those who are new to webhooks, this article from Zapier is a great introduction. Zapier is the most commonly used no-code integration middleware that we have seen our customers use in order to enable automations with webhooks.

Here are a few of the key SafeBase events that you can create automations for:

  • Account created
  • Account member added
  • NDA completed
  • File downloaded
  • File viewed

With webhooks, the possibilities are endless, but here are a couple examples of how your team can use them to further automate your customer trust workflows:

  • Post a message in a specific Slack channel when a user has signed an NDA
  • Send a message in Microsoft Teams when someone views or downloads your SOC 2 report
  • Create a new task in ClickUp or Asana when a user requests Trust Center Access
  • Generate an entry in a Google Sheet to document a new access request

If you’re on a free plan, but are considering upgrading in order to access this new feature, please reach out to customer success or book a time to talk with sales.
