Introducing Granular Access and Expiration Controls

It can be difficult for companies to strike the right balance between security and accessibility when it comes to their sensitive documents. On the one hand, it’s important to make sure that only authorized users can access sensitive information. On the other hand, it should be easy for prospects, and customers to find the information they need.

New Granular Access and Expiration Controls features from SafeBase help our customers find that perfect balance. Now you can specify exactly which users have access to which documents, as well as how long they have access. This means that companies can make sure that only the people who need to see specific documents can see them, for as long as they need to, while still making it easy for users to find the information they need.

Our customers are already creating customer access profiles for:
  • Different products: customers are only granted access to the SOC 2 reports associated with the product they were interested in purchasing.
  • Different pricing plans: certain documents such as a PCI Report on Compliance are only meant for customers in Enterprise plans or above.
  • Different regions: only giving access to files relevant to EU, APAC, or North America users.
Get started

SafeBase Growth customers can create up to two custom profiles, while Enterprise customers can create unlimited profiles.

Free customers can manually revoke access, while Growth and Enterprise customers can set automatic triggers for expiration controls.
