But, until now, Knowledge Base was only available for internal SafeBase users. We recently unveiled a big upgrade for Knowledge Base—now you can curate a public-facing Knowledge Base! Public-facing KB entries are shown within your Trust Center, and can be a powerful enhancement to your existing trust communication strategy.
The Value of a Public Knowledge Base
Enabling a public KB in your SafeBase Trust Center is another great way to show your organization’s commitment to transparency. It empowers buyers to make informed decisions about your product, and can often allay any concerns. In addition, a public KB cuts down on one-off questions your team might receive, and when paired with your Trust Center, can often result in buyers skipping pesky security questionnaires altogether.
