How is SafeBase different from a web page with security information?
SafeBase automates the NDA signing process. Prospects can request access to security questionnaires and documents, and when you approve that request, an NDA will automatically be sent to the prospect. As soon as they sign it, they’ll receive access to anything they’ve requested. You can pull this activity into Salesforce to keep sales reps in the loop, and you can analyze security page activity to know what prospects care about the most.
How can SafeBase reduce our time spent on questionnaires?
On your security page, you can include pre-filled questionnaires. From our customer results, we’ve discovered that 70-90% of prospects can handle their procurement requirements with these questionnaires. The rest might still send custom questionnaires.
